The story of Joseph is a good representation of how the Trinity works.  The Pharaoh represents the father and how he gave all power and authority to Joseph.  For all practical purposes, Joseph becomes the Pharaoh on earth.  Whatever Joseph said was the same as the Pharaoh.  He was given all authority in Egypt and there was only one greater. Joseph also represents a vehicle of salvation, saving the known world from starvation.

If it was meant to be changed to another day, don’t you think it would have been denoted in the red words of Jesus? Wouldn’t He have said, “You have heard that the Sabbath was on Saturday, from now on it will be Sunday, or whatever day you want to make it, amen!” Since that seems so consistent to the body of the text. He spends THOUSANDS of years saying KEEP the Torah and you will be blessed. Don’t do as the Pagans do, do what I ask you to do, exactly in detail to what I have ask. The Bible paints a pretty clear picture of what happens to people that do just whatever they feel like because it seemed right in their own eyes.

We must learn to be more like Jacob and less like Esau as we learn to walk in the Favor and protection of our Father.
